Delivery within Australia: $9.95 Flat rate
International: Luggage $55, all other items $25
Australian Shoppers: To keep shopping at CMD simple and straight forward for you, Australian orders are shipped at a very competitive rate of only $9.95 per order, no matter how many items you may wish to order! After your order has been confirmed, all of your goods will be dispatched by courier within 2-7 business days (please allow a longer period for the Christmas Season and public holidays), straight to your door.
International Shoppers: All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars. The GST component will be deducted at checkout, which means you items are almost 10% cheaper. Orders are sent with Australia Post Registered Airmail. Delivery usually takes between 5 – 15 business days, but may be delayed due to customs or holiday periods. CMD is not responsible for government fees, taxes and charges upon delivery to you, please contact your local post or customs office for further information.

Returns & Exchange Policy
IMPORTANT: In the interest of quality, we ask that you assess your purchase immediately to ensure that it meets your expectations. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase as you will be required to produce it if you have any problems with your product.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned within 10 days of delivery in exactly the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure the product is placed in its original packaging with swing tags where possible. We regret that we are unable to accept any returned items which are scratched or dirty and where this occurs the item will be sent back to the customer at their cost.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Catherine Manuell Design will assess your product and reserves the right to repair, replace or credit your return. You will be advised of the assessment via email.
For international returns, we reserve the right to send spare parts to you and have the repair completed at your local repairer.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Catherine Manuell Design reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet the standards outlined.
Warranty
All luggage items have a 2 year warranty. This refers to manufacturing faults only. Catherine Manuell Design is not responsible for any damage that is caused to your luggage by any third party carrier, including Airport Luggage Handling, Boat, Bus, Train or Taxi etc. We advise you to inspect your luggage after travel for any damage. Carriers should be notified of damage immediately upon collection of luggage, and claimed by carriers insurance or personal travel insurance. Reasonable wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
All other items (non-luggage pieces) have a 4 month warranty against manufacturing faults. Reasonable wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
