Returns Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy IMPORTANT: In the interest of quality, we ask that you assess your purchase immediately to ensure that it meets your expectations. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase as you will be required to produce it if you have any problems with your product.


Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned within 10 days of delivery in exactly the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure the product is placed in its original packaging with swing tags where possible. We regret that we are unable to accept any returned items which are scratched or dirty and where this occurs the item will be sent back to the customer at their cost.

YOU WILL NEED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1. Returns authorisation number (obtained via email info@catherinemanuelldesign.com)
2. Date and proof of purchase
3. Style No. and description
4. Reason for return
5. Your email contact details

Upon receipt of returned goods, Catherine Manuell Design will assess your product and reserves the right to repair, replace or credit your return. You will be advised of the assessment via email.

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.

Goods purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail outlets, they must be returned to the above address.

There is NO EXCHANGE on SALE items (specials page), however, sale items are covered by a 30 day warranty for manufacturing faults only. Catherine Manuell Design reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet the standards outlined.

Warranty on non-sale items is 4 months for all individual items valued under $250.00 . All items valued $250.00 and over have a 2 year warranty. This refers to manufacturing faults only. Catherine Manuell Design is not responsible for any damage that is caused to your luggage by any third party carrier, including Airport Luggage Handling, Boat, Bus, Train or Taxi etc. We advise you to inspect your luggage after travel for any damage. Carriers should be notified of damage immediately upon collection of luggage, and claimed by carriers insurance or personal travel insurance. Reasonable wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

It is a condition of sale that any purchased item may not be offered for resale without prior written approval from Catherine Manuell Design.
